Deep Tissue Massage

Having had many different varieties of massages all over the world, I can honestly say that no one has ever managed to 'tackle' the problems with my back until 'Adjust'. Instant results. Looking forward to a series of treatments to continue the progress. Getting in and out of very low sports cars up to 50 times a day is going to take its toll on the body, but now I have the solution.

Booked in for a last minute Deep tissue massage on Saturday to loosen up the calf muscles from running related tightness and had an amazing massage from Heather, the attention she payed to my neck was sooo good and I came out feeling brand new!! Definitely recommend. Thanks Heather x

I suffer with ongoing issues with my back and knees. After one massage I felt positive effects. I therefore continued with treatment, which needless to say, resulted in less pain, and headaches, and allowed me to continue with intense fitness activities such as running and cycling. I would definitely recommend and return for treatment in the future.

I visit Adjust once a month for a deep tissue massage.  As a yoga teacher I spend a lot of time stretching and thinking about my posture, but I still hold a lot of stress around my shoulders and can get tightness around my lower back that can only really be ironed out by a deep sports massage.  As I spend most of my life helping others relax, it's rather lovely to be able to switch off myself! James is great, he really knows his stuff, well worth a visit.

Great massage with Jack! I wasn't sure whether to book a deep tissue or sports massage but he knew just what was needed to tackle the knots and tension in my back and neck. Jack put me at ease and I'll certainly be back to keep the aches and pains under control! The online booking system is really easy to use and it's great to have the option of evening appointments.

Eight years of commuting to London have taken their toll on my lower back. Different treatments have temporarily alleviated the problem but never removed it. During a particularly painful period I chose to have a treatment with Adjust. I am delighted to say that they were able to isolate the problem and after 2 treatments I am pain free.

I've been coming to Adjust for about a year now for sports/deep tissue massages. James is very friendly and welcoming, and has made a huge difference to my mobility. I'd had chronic back pain for years, but it's almost gone now thanks to James.

Excellent massage, really help with the aches and pains of training regularly. Would highly recommend as it's very reasonably priced.

I had a very tight hamstring and a knotted upper and lower back. The whole-body massage I had from Kathleen had immediate results and two days later, I was much, much looser. It was really effective. I have had quite a bit of massage and physio over the years and this was amongst the most effective. I am a marathon kayaker - I will be going back regularly now for a 'maintenance' massage, to stop the stiffness before it takes a hold.
