Our Sheffield clinic is the third branch of Adjust Massage clinics and opened its doors in May 2021. The clinic is conveniently located only a few minutes’ drive from Sheffield city centre, situated on the border of Nether Edge and Sharrow. For your convenience we have free on-site parking within the courtyard directly in front of the clinic, as well as additional free on-site parking.

The clinic is located on the first floor of the building, where we have 3 brand new, modern and spacious treatment rooms. At this clinic, our team of professional, knowledgable and experienced therapists specialise in Sports massages, We aim to help relieve muscular tension, pain and discomfort. We believe the best massages to help with this are sports massage, deep tissue massage and back massage. We are not a spa and do not offer beauty treatments.

Treatments Available at the Sheffield Clinic:

Sports Massage - This is a stronger, more specific massage. We would recommend you pick this massage if you have an injury or if you are trying to find out why something is tight, stiff or not working as it should be. This massage tends to be area-specific rather than generalised, focusing on just one or two areas of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage / Remedial Massage - A more general but still firm-to-strong massage, where the pressure can be altered to suit your preference. This massage is generally less focused on one body area and more aimed at reducing muscular tension and stress overall, so it can be done as a full-body treatment.

Back Massage - Available as either a strong or medium pressure, this 45-minute or 1-hour massage focuses just on the back, neck and shoulders.

Myofascial release- A gentle massage that focuses on pressure and stretching the fascia that surrounds all the muscles and joints in our body.

Physiotherapy - Using manual therapies to improve and restore movement, function, and overall well-being. 

Osteopathy - Coming in April.

Massage: 1 hour £55 or 45 minutes £45

Physiotherapy & Osteopathy 1hr £75, 45 mins £55, 30 mins £45 (physio only)

Please note our prices are adjusted annually on September 1st in line with the Retail Price Index.

Directions

From Sheffield city centre, head to the Moore Street roundabout where the A61 joins Ecclesall Road (A625). Follow Ecclesall Road south for about 300 meters until you come to Summerfield Street on your left. Take Summerfield Street for another 300 meters until you arrive at Cemetery Road. Turn right on to Cemetery Road and follow it for approximately 400 meters, passing the cemetery on your right. The turning for Omega Court will be on your right just past the MOT testing centre. Drive into the courtyard and you will see Adjust Massage at number 356 on your right. We are on the first floor, above Boost your Body gym. Parking spaces are marked out directly in front of the clinic and visitor parking is along the edge, on the left-hand side.
