Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires clients to cancel their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.

For bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment start time, the same cancellation terms apply. We will provide payment instructions via email, and prompt payment is expected. In the event of non-payment, outstanding balances may be transferred to a debt collection agency to facilitate the recovery of owed amounts.

Appointment Timings Policy.

The time stated for the appointment is the appointment time not the treatment time. This includes, consultations, forms, undressing and re-dressing and taking payment.

Lateness Policy

If the client is late for their appointment the appointment will not be extended and will end at the appointed time. The standard relevant appointment charge will apply.

Pregnancy Policy.

We cannot massage anyone that is within the first trimester of pregnancy. After the 12 week scan, we can offer pregnancy massages - unless the pregnancy is classed as high-risk or there are other specific medical complications within the pregnancy.

Clothing Policy.

During the appointment underwear as a minimum, should be worn at all times. Failure to comply with this policy will stop the massage immediately. A full charge will be due for the appointment.

Health Questionnaire Policy.

This information is requested from the customer by law to comply with insurance and governing body regulations, failure to provide the details will mean no treatment is possible. A full charge will be due for the appointment.

Data policy.

All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential in accordance with the principles and guidelines of UK GDPR.
