Our Sutton Coldfield clinic is the newest of our four clinics. We opened in April 2024 and are conveniently located on Birmingham Road in the Wylde Green area.

We are a small family business, with 10 years’ experience working within the sports massage industry. Our aim is to offer a great massage at a reasonable price. However, we are not a spa and do not offer beauty treatments.

The clinic is located on the first floor, where we have 3 brand new, modern treatment rooms. Our team of professional and experienced therapists specialise in sports massages.

The clinic is open 6 days a week and parking is available on the road in front of the clinic for up to 1 hour. For longer appointments, there is plenty of free, on-street parking in the surrounding side streets.

Types of massage available at the Sutton Coldfield clinic: 

Sports Massage - A strong massage using a wide range of massage techniques. Ideal for focusing on specific areas of the body where you have muscular pain or injury. Not only for athletes but perfect for anyone physically active or struggling with a niggle caused by day-to-day issues.

Deep Tissue Massage/ Remedial Massage - Also a firm massage, but less focused on one specific area or injury and more focused on being a general full-body massage. The aim is to help relieve muscular tension, aches and pains. The pressure can be altered to suit.

Back Massage - Generally still as a firm massage. This massage focuses on the back neck and shoulders. It can be booked as a 1-hour or a 45-minute massage. 

Injury Rehab - An appointment to help you rehabilitate from an injury or even a chronic condition such as long-term back pain, bad posture or tennis/golfer’s elbow. There will be a full consultation, soft tissue therapy if required, and you will receive an exercise programme to use at home or in the gym. Every therapist offering injury rehabilitation has a degree in sports therapy and rehabilitation.

Directions

From Sutton Coldfield town centre, head east past the train station and turn right onto the High Street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Mill Street and follow the road round to your left, past Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church. Continue straight ahead, passing McDonald’s on your right and then follow the road round to the right onto Lower Queen Street. Continue past the retail park and then turn left at the roundabout towards West Bromwich and Wylde Green. Stay on Birmingham Road for about 5 minutes until you reach the row of shops that includes the Co-Op and Wylde Green Pharmacy on your left. Our clinic is directly opposite, but to reach it by car, continue along Birmingham Road until you reach the junction with Broadfields Road and then turn right there. Immediately turn right again and you’ll see the clinic on the top floor above the shop for St Giles Hospice.
