Injury rehab appointments are for treating specific injuries. These appointments are with degree-qualified sports therapists who have had specific training in injury rehabilitation.

Our therapists don’t just treat sports injuries. We can help you recover from a wide range of muscle, ligament and joint injuries, whether they're sports-related or you’ve injured yourself doing the gardening or slipped on the ice. We can even help you rehab after more serious injuries such as bone fractures once you have been discharged from NHS care.

An injury rehab appointment will be tailored to your specific requirements. Sometimes the therapist may focus on massage and/or assisted stretching techniques, or alternatively, they may focus on getting you doing the right rehabilitation exercises. Either way, we will aim to get you on the right track with a rehab plan that will aim to get you back to what you want to be doing as quickly, safely and strongly as possible.
