How do I Set an account password?

When you register we will assign your account a new password. This will be emailed to the address you sign up with, and will also be sent via text if you provide a valid UK mobile number. Once you log in, you can change the password at any time by accessing the Details section within the booking system. 

I haven't received my password?

First of all, please always check your spam folder. If you find us in there, please make sure you mark us as not spam and save our address to your address book. Please also check your text messages if you provided a valid UK mobile number, your password is also sent there.

If neither of these help, please use the Password Reset functionality on the login screen. If this still doesn't work, you may have entered your email address incorrectly, try registering again, paying close attention to the email address. If this does not allow you to register, then you are using the same email address and there is some form of communication error between our system and your address. Email us at info@adjustmassage.co.uk from your account address asking for a new password, and we can manually reset it and send it directly to you. 

I haven't received my appointment confirmation?

If your appointment email does not turn up, don't panic! If your appointment is displayed as booked within the booking system after a page refresh, then it is definitely booked.

Please always check your spam folder. If you find us in there, please make sure you mark us as not spam and save our address to your address book.

At 9am the day before your booking (if you have booked far enough in advance) you will receive an appointment reminder email with all the same info again. If you supply a valid UK mobile number, we will also text you approximately 26 hours before your appointment, or if you booked more recently than that, approximately 2 hours before your appointment. We thoroughly recommend adding a UK mobile number to your account to receive text alerts. 

can I change my contact details?

You can change your name, email address and phone number within the Details section once logged in at any time. If you change your email address, you will be changing the username you login to the system with. 

How do I cancel an appointment?

Any appointment that is more than 24hours away can be easily cancelled by clicking on it within the booking system. We operate a full fee cancellation policy for any appointment within 24hours. Please call us to cancel your appointment and make full payment. If you do not cancel an appointment and do not show up, you will be required to pay in advance for any future bookings. 

Can I book two appointments at the same time?

Our booking system cannot handle two appointments during the same slot. Each appointment needs to be booked under the specific client for reporting purposes. If you do not wish to or cannot register two accounts, one for each client, please call or email to book. 

Can I reschedule an appointment?

Please cancel and rebook if you would like to reschedule an appointment. If your existing appointment is within 24hours please call us to discuss options.
